Fall is just around the corner
The trees are beautiful, the breeze is crisp and we are coming into comfort food season. There is something for everyone to love about fall. Fruit wines are still sone of our fall favorites. How about an Apple Cider.
We have some great fall and winter fruit wines for you to make.
Try something new with your wine crafted at Wine Crafterz or come in and craft a new wine to try this fall.

Watermelon Slush
750 ml bottle white wine
7 cups seedless watermelon
2 cups Ice
Mint sprigs
Basil leaves
Lime Wedges
Add all the wine slushie ingredients. Blend until smooth
Pour into glasses or a pitcher and serve immediately garnished with your choice of mint sprigs, basil leaves or lime wedges.

White Mango Mimosa
3 oz Mango Dragon Fruit Lemonade
2 oz Sparkling water
Top with Orange Juice

Twisted Bellini
4 oz of Peach Wine
(Try other summer sippers for fun)
2 oz of orange juice
Puree ½ Peach & 6 raspberries in the blender
Pour Sparkling wine over puree & Stir gently

Moscato Ginger
5 oz. chilled Moscato
3 oz. chilled ginger beer (or ginger ale if you want it a little sweeter)
Juice from half a lime
Garnish with fresh or candied ginger

Ice Pop Spritzer
5 oz. chilled white wine or a summer fruit wine
2 oz. chilled sparkling water or club soda
1 fresh fruit frozen ice pop
Simply combine the ingredients pour into glasses – choose favorite flavor of ice pop, drop in and enjoy. Try peach or strawberry or exotic fruits

Watermelon Basil
5 oz. chilled Sauvignon Blanc
3 oz. chilled club soda or tonic for a little more sweetness
4 frozen melon cubes
Garnish with sprig of fresh basil and wedge of watermelon

Stargazer
4 oz chardonnay
2 oz dark rum
1 oz vanilla sryup
2 oz pineapple juice
2 lime wedges
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add wine, rum, vanilla, and pineapple juice.
Shake and strain over ice into two glasses.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
Makes 2 cocktails

Frose
750 ml bottle hearty, bold rosé - Pinot Noir or Merlot Rosé
½ cup sugar
1.2 cup water
8 oz chopped strawberries
2½ ounces fresh lemon juice
Pour rosé into a 13x9" pan and freeze until almost solid (6 hrs)
Bring sugar & water to a boil in a medium saucepan stirring until sugar dissolves
Remove from heat add strawberries, let sit 30 minutes
Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a small bowl
Cover & chill until about 30 minutes.
Add all into a blender with 1 cup crushed ice and purée until smooth.
Transfer blender jar to freezer until frosé is thickened 25–35 minutes.
Blend again until frosé is slushy. Divide among glasses.
Do Ahead: Rosé can be frozen 1 week ahead
Makes 4 to 6 Servings

Sangrita
1½ cups orange juice fresh squeeze
¾ cup lime juice, fresh squeeze
½ cup tequila
½ cup triple sec
1 bottle red wine Pinot Noir or Mabec
Dip glass top in
Zest of 1 lime
⅓ cup sugar
Ice, as needed for serving
A large pitcher, stir the orange, lime, tequila, triple sec and wine. Chill until ready to serve.
On a small plate mix the sugar with the lime zest moisten rim before dipping
)our the sangrita over ice

Black Magic
1 cup blackberries
1 cup black grapes, sliced in half
2 medium black plums, sliced into wedges
2 cup cran-grape juice
1/4 cup brandy
1/3 cup raspberry liqueur
750 milliliter red wine, Rosé or Pinot Noir or
Try Rockn Raspberry or Pomegranate Wildberry
Liquid sugar optional, to taste
In a large pitcher, add blackberries, grapes, plums, cran-grape juice, brandy, raspberry liqueur, and red wine.
Add sugar to sweeten the taste.
Chill in the refrigerator at least 2 – 4 hours hours before serving

Winetini
2 Oz White Zinfandel
½ oz Raspberry Syrup or brandy
1 Oz Pineapple juice
Dash of Lemon
3 Fresh Raspberries
Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker
Shake and pour over ice

Mango Moscato
1 Bottle Moscato, pinot grigio or sauvignon blanc
1 ½ cup blended passionfruit
¼ cup lime juice
Liquid sugar to taste
In large jug mix together
Pour over Ice
